Solea is not only our way of keeping you happy, but also keeping you and our staff healthy. Solea helps reduce the risk of virus and bacteria transmission by significantly reducing the amount of splatter and aerosols created during dental procedures. This means there are fewer particles floating in the air that could potentially carry germs & viruses.

What is Solea?

Solea is an advanced dental laser developed by Convergent Dental in Boston, Massachusetts based on over 30 years of research. Solea uses laser light energy guided by sophisticated computers to deliver safe and virtually pain-free dental procedures on both teeth and gums. Solea procedures are needle-free and drill-free, providing a dental experience that you prefer. The experience is so unique that you will find it hard to believe you have been at a dental appointment.

Our Priority

Infection control has always been one of our number one priorities and we have always followed CDC, OSHA and ADA guidelines. COVID-19 allowed us the time to evaluate and implement additional measures to ensure you, our awesome patients and our team members are safe and remain healthy. You may notice some of our changes but some are behind the scenes, so we will highlight some for you!

COVID-19 Screenings; we will review risk questions – recent travel, or symptoms/diagnosis of cough, cold, flu or fever, etc.

Non-Contact Temperature Readings; using a digital thermometer will be done prior to the patient entering the clinical office areas

Molekule, a hospital-grade air purification system has been installed throughout the office. Surgically Clean Air, filters continuously circulate and filter the air in our office. They are also proven to kill SARS-COV-2, in addition to odors, gases, molds, allergens and viruses. Additionally, all of our offices have had high MERV HEPA air filters installed in the HVAC system.

Social Distancing Practices, we are limiting the number of patients and staff in the building and limiting physical contact. Sorry, no handshakes, fist bumps or high-fives. We love smiles, though!

Single Use Pens; please take ours!

We are using health-safe disinfectants that are EPA registered to frequently disinfect our common areas and high-use surfaces such as door knobs. Our disinfection protocols are designed to effectively kill the virus without leaving harmful chemical residues.

**edited to add to the review. I have not been to the dentist in over 10 years. There were many issues including lack of insurance. I was embarrassed and scared. They treated me with such kindness and respect and made the whole process wonderful. The dentist and my hygienist Kristie were phenomenal. I'm so glad I got past my fear and went. I can't wait to go back and I NEVER thought I'd say that. *I don't think I can leave two reviews so I am adding to the first one. I spent significantly more time with the dentist today as I had to have 5 extractions. Obviously never a fun time, She could not have done a better job at making me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I am so pleased with the treatment Of patients at this office, that I have referred people who don't even live in the are, Thai have also had bad dental experiences elsewhere. There is not enough emphasis on the importance of quality dental care. Unfortunately it is treated as an luxury in this country rather than a necessity that it is. I feel that Family dental of Exeter understands this.

There is no way I thought I would be raving about a dentist or a dental practice. This office has been my go to for the last year and I truly admire their professionalism. I had an extraction today and they did their best to help me overcome my fear. Overall the entire experience was very pleasant and I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
